The Auditorium, Dining Hall, and Founder’s Lodge all include adjoining outdoor spaces. All three buildings plus three outdoor spaces are at one property in Des Moines, Washington – the Beach Park Event Center. Have a large group? Rent as much as you like: one or more buildings, our historic picnic shelter, and large meadow.

The beach park facilities are filled with historic charm, and their open floor plans make them easy to layout and decorate for any event. Bring in any caterer, food trucks, or self-cater. The dining hall has an (optional) attached kitchen, and the Founders Lodge includes a small kitchen. All vendors are welcome! Make your party unique to you and one to remember and come back to year after year!

Haven’t seen quite what you’re looking for? We have two more facilities and three outdoor spaces at other locations in Des Moines, Washington, that might be just perfect! These facilities are popular, attractive, and a little less expensive than the Beach Park.    

The Activity Center and Field House Gym include large, landscaped outdoor spaces. Both have open floor plans – making them easy to layout and decorate for any event and theme. The Activity Center has an optional commercial kitchen. At both facilities, all vendors are welcome, as well as self-catering.

South Marina Park is on the water next to Des Moines Marina. Perfect for medium-sized company and non-profit events. The Field House picnic shelter and Wooten Park Gazebo are just right for smaller events. If your guests include a lot of youngsters, Wooten Park has a playground.
